One of the most prevalent issues we see causing hard starts, lack of power, and poor fuel economy, is that of a blown or weak pressure relief valve. The pressure relief valve is a simple....you guessed it....relief valve located in your fuel rail designed to limit rail pressure to avoid damage to your injectors. Once it builds enough rail pressure, it will bleed off and return the fuel back to the injection pump to be recycled back into the system.
