The LML Duramax from factory has a decent fuel filtration system but there is one major problem, no fuel heater. If you operate your truck in colder climates, you could run into fuel gelling issues. The Fleece Performance Auxiliary Heated Fuel Filter kit comes with everything you need to properly route, plumb, and filter your fuel on your 6.6L GM Duramax LML. This kit replaces the factory fuel filter housing with a new filter base, integral high-flow fuel heating element, Water-In-Fuel (WIF) sensor, and a Donaldson spin on canister style filter. This filter base eliminates the factory fuel primer bulb and is designed to be used in conjunction with a positive pressure lift pump such as the Fleece PowerFlo lift pump or other aftermarket frame mounted pump.
