Rotomaster Complete Turbo Service Kit 04-07 6.0L Ford Powerstroke
Repair your worn factory turbo with this complete kit from Rotomaster!
The factory variable vane turbo featured on the 6.0L's was a new venture for Ford and Garrett to try and improve upon the short falls of a standard, single-stage turbocharger. Unfortunately, this turbo saw some of the growing pains that come with many new-to-market products. For those Powerstroke owners that are in need of repairing the turbo, but don't want to spend the money on a complete replacement, we offer this service kit that will cure many of the issues of variable turbos with some wear on them.
Furthermore, for those turbos that have more than the traditional wear, we offer an upgrade to the standard kit that also includes:
- Billet Vanes
- Stainless Steel Unison Ring
- New Solenoid
This upgrade kit features improves components over stock, especially the billet vanes which will actually produce a slight increase in overall turbo performance (+12HP) and is less prone to stuck vanes. This kit will NOT work on 2003 model turbos!
